Believe and Achieve
Behind every young child who believes in themselves is an adult who believed first.

Welcome to Hindley Junior and Infant School
Thank you for visiting our school website! We are delighted to share with you the ethos, values, and opportunities that make our school a vibrant and inspiring place for children to learn and grow. Our school is a non-denominational community primary school for children aged 4-11 years, and we are a fully inclusive school.
Education is a partnership between home and school – children learn best when home and school work together effectively and honestly. When your child starts school, our job begins and yours continues. A successful partnership between school and parents/carers is key in ensuring that your child enjoys their time at school, and they achieve their full academic and social potential. Parent/carer input is very much valued and sought after at school: we actively encourage strong links with our families and the community.
At our school, we live by our motto: Believe and Achieve. We firmly believe that “Behind every young child who believes in themselves is an adult who believed first.” This powerful principle guides everything we do, as we strive to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
